After months of waiting I have finally received my new Audi A4. I have updated the page with actual pictures of my car instead of the ones the dealer gave me. Driving this car is pure chewing satisfaction. It has the following options:

  12. Power door locks, steering, anti lock brakes, windows, mirrors, and 10 way adjustable seats
  13. 60/40 folding rear seat
  14. Illuminated glove box, trunk, ashtray, and lighter
  15. Fully automatic climate controls. Uses IR sensors to determine passenger count and body heat as well as sun sensors and adjusts accordingly. Front and rear vents
  16. Cruise control
  17. CD player and cassette 8 speaker stereo that adjusts it's volume with ambient noise
  18. Rear window defroster
  19. Keyless entry with lock, selective unlock, and alarm panic buttons
  20. Traction control
  21. 3 cupholders
  22. Rear armrest with a very complete first aid kit
  23. Basic tool kit in trunk
  24. Full size spare with identical rim
  25. Heated windshield and headlight washers (Plus you can squirt pedestrians with them)
  26. Trip computer, keeps stats like MPG, average speed, outside temperature, miles traveled, reminds me to sleep, warns me if I speed, etc.
  27. Microphone in steering wheel for cellular phones, phone plays through stereo
  28. Homelink transmitter for opening the garage door I don't have or turning on things in your home like lights, coffee makers, computer , heater, etc. Also works with homelink bath tubs to draw your bath!
  29. Real walnut trim
  30. Height adjustable pretensioning seat belts
  31. All scheduled maintenance for 50K miles is free
  32. 16 Inch wheels
  33. 15.6 gallon fuel tank
  34. Dark blue paint, blue and white interior
  35. Double firewall engine compartment. Battery and computer are between the firewall so they will not get cooked so much

  37. Engine oil cooler (8,000 miles between oil changes)

I strongly suggest that you do not drive one of these unless you are in the market for a new car. Everybody I know who has driven one, now owns one or has one on order.

I decided to do something really silly and get a German plate for my car too. It reflects the heritage of both the car and myself.
